Dimitrios A. Vrachatis (MD, MSc, PhD) is a cardiologist specialist. Dr. Vrachatis graduated from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, where he was admitted 3rd in rank after nationwide examinations. He holds and MSc in Health Unit Administration and a PhD in Cardiovascular Medicine. He pursued his specialty training in General Hospital of Athens “G. Gennimatas”. During his residency he actively participated in the Catheterization – Electrophysiology and Cardiac Pacing laboratory. Following his core training, Dr. Vrachatis pursued a clinical research fellowship in Humanitas Clinical and Research Center (Milan, Italy) supported by a scholarship by Hellenic Society of Cardiology.
